InvestWise uses large language models (including Claude by Anthropic) to generate analysis reports. These reports:

Are not reviewed or verified by licensed financial professionals

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, and design are owned by InvestWise. AI-generated reports produced using your inputs are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish or redistribute reports as investment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestWise and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any investment decision made in reliance on content provided by InvestWise.
